IMPAR Legal Support Group is created with the objective to analyse legal issues and matters, for taking up cases to provide legal support on matters that have direct or indirect bearing on the community in the current scenario of relentless media targeting and also future challenges.
IMPAR Women Empowerment Group is created to work with key stakeholders, government, educational and developmental institutions and international bodies on connecting women to social and economic opportunities. The group would also unleash leadership potential through training, skill development, modern education, positive social actions, business and economic activities.
IMPAR Research Group is created to function as national level think tank to discuss the issues concerning Indian Muslims and engage with key stakeholders. The group is also aimed at formulating responses on the important matters to create better understanding and opinions among people and promote positive thinking in the community and promote its social and economic empowerment. This is a strictly non-political platform. Members are requested not to share any religious or political posts or anything against the system, government or the national interests.
IMPAR Media Outreach Group is created to discuss the media and its approach to reporting Muslim community issues and concerns. The group will also formulate appropriate strategies and engagement programs to improve the discourse of mainstream media and will also monitor and counter the fake news and hate contents on social media. Besides the group would also be involved in creation and sharing of quality contents by IMPAR for positive coverage in the print, TV and digital media.
IMPAR Overseas Indians Group is created to connect the NRI’s all over the world to mobilise their expertise and experience, connections and resources for helping Indian Muslim community members. The group will be building global support for Indian Muslims and would contribute towards pursuing modern education, start-ups, livelihood programs, health and nutrition and in furthering access to other social and economic opportunities.
IMPAR Youth Group is created to facilitate and connect the Muslim youth to the social, educational, skill, career and economic opportunities. The group would empower the youth, and unleash their potential in bringing about a positive change in the community through promoting modern education, positive social actions and economic activities. The group will inculcate rational thinking, progressive outlook and shared values and is open to youth in between the age of 18-35.
IMPAR Social Action Group is created to help and encourage Muslim community members in organising social work, forming NGO’s, accessing funds and scaling work by sharing information and connecting them to welfare programmes and schemes. The group will also help them in adopting best of organisational practices as well as enabling to better serve the community through access to various projects, welfare programmes, corporate and social schemes. This group will also coordinate and compile community social work for better image building.
IMPAR Agro Group is created to help Muslim community members in pursuing opportunities in booming food and agriculture sector in terms of education, jobs, agribusinesses, modern farming, start-ups , retailing and services including diary, poultry, fisheries, horticulture, sericulture, goatry and food processing.
IMPAR Masjid Madrassa Group is created to mobilise the crucial institutions of Madrassa and Masjid to play more active role in social services for improving the perception about the community and for bringing community reforms. The group shall also guide in promoting scientific temperament, guiding Muslim youth towards social ethos, public conduct, character building and career making. The vision of the group is to create good Muslims who are socially, educationally and economically empowered good Indian citizen.
IMPAR Education and Jobs Group is created to help Muslim community members in pursuing modern education and in facilitating jobs by means of information sharing, skill enhancement, loan and scholarships and connecting them with job market.
IMPAR Policy Advocacy Group is created to analyse policy implications for the Muslim community and proactively working on them. The group aims to influence the positive implications for the best interests of the community and also to create awareness and sensitisation about the opportunities that central, state governments or the market institutions create for the Muslim community.
The Skills Working group is created to enable a large number of Indian youth to take up industry-relevant skill training that will help them in securing a better livelihood. Individuals with prior learning experience or skills will also be assessed and certified under various governmental schemes. The working group will also be responsible for co-ordination of all skill development efforts across the country, removal of disconnect between demand and supply of skilled manpower, building the vocational and technical training framework, skill up-gradation, building of new skills, and innovative thinking not only for existing jobs but also for jobs that are to be created.
